2008 1010 WINS "Tomorrow's Newsmakers" Awards

• Is making exciting contributions in their chosen field?
  

Do you know someone who is on their way to becoming a "Tomorrow's Newsmaker"?

For the third year in a row, 1010 WINS is searching for our leaders of tomorrow in four different categories-Sports, Arts and Entertainment, Public Service, Business. Additionally we have a special Student Broadcaster of Tomorrow category. (See below for individual breakdown of criteria and official rules)

We will select 25 finalists (five from each category) who will be highlighted on-air, online through-out September.

A VIP panel of judges and a special People's Choice vote will select one "Newsmaker" from each category to present an award on at a special 1010 WINS "Tomorrow's Newsmakers Awards" event. Our Student Broadcaster will be awarded a $10,000 college scholarship.
